Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features that define the discovery journey for millions of users.
- Architect universal solutions for delivering high-performance features across various platforms.
- Influence client-server orchestration and dynamic code deployment across the Roblox ecosystem.
- Drive UX improvements through A/B testing and analysis of experiment results.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a coherent user experience and scalable technical designs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- 8+ years of experience with web or app technologies, including React, Typescript, and Javascript.
- Proven track record of building and launching complex, consumer-facing features.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is a plus.
