Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and bring products and services to market.
- Design and build technologies in large distributed computing environments.
- Create solutions for running predictions on distributed systems.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost, and manageable distributed storage, index, and query systems.
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of programming experience using a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design experience.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience with machine learning and large language model fundamentals, including architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and model execution optimization, or experience debugging, profiling, and applying software engineering practices in large-scale systems.
