Base Salary
$201k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with generative AI conversational framework experts on technology capabilities and best practices.
- Design and implement stakeholder and end-user product features using agentic AI and related technical approaches.
- Partner with product management, UX, and go-to-market teams to define, scope, and validate product deliverables.
- Expand product capabilities to additional customers, domains, and global markets through high-quality, extensible engineering.
- Identify patterns and customer feedback to advance the agentic AI framework.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and lead end-to-end project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience developing scalable systems.
- Ability to technically lead other engineers and manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong product sense and passion for scalable web or conversational user interface products.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and willingness to work beyond established areas of expertise.
