Base Salary
$183k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered products and features that integrate with the Bubble Editor.
- Iterate across the stack to improve AI UX and enhance system understanding of Bubble’s application representation.
- Build frameworks for evaluating agent performance to inform product strategy and engineering innovation.
- Translate ambiguous AI challenges into actionable engineering plans using emergent technologies.
- Shape the direction of AI initiatives in collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in backend systems at high-growth startups.
- Strong coding skills with Typescript, Python, or other AI-relevant languages.
- Prior experience with agentic AI workflows and chatbot-style LLM interactions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high impact and uncertainty.
