Base Salary
$245k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead fast-cycle R&D efforts across MAPS domains using AI-augmented workflows.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to evaluate new platform capabilities.
- Provide senior technical guidance across all MAPS teams and domains.
- Define scope and produce concrete artifacts to reduce ambiguity in product work.
- Identify commonalities across domains to consolidate and generalize platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven ability to rapidly build high-fidelity prototypes across various technologies.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate software development.
- Strong understanding of managed cloud services and distributed systems.
- Ability to engage in ambiguous product spaces and translate requirements into scoped increments.
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical tradeoffs.
- 10+ years of software development experience in senior roles with modern programming languages.
