Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the data foundation and manage data pipelines and integrations.
- Contribute to the data orchestration layer for secure and reproducible workflows.
- Enhance observability and monitoring across infrastructure and applications.
- Operate and evolve the AWS-based cloud environment balancing reliability and security.
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform.
- Lead the implementation of cloud security and compliance requirements.
- Own build tooling and CI/CD workflows to accelerate engineering processes.
- Create systems for automated development and bug triage.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or product infrastructure engineering.
- Strong coding abilities with deep expertise in Python.
- Expertise in designing and operating production environments on AWS.
- Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Experience with cloud security and compliance, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong instincts for developer experience and building user-friendly tools.
