Responsibilities
- Evolve and strengthen the platform by uplifting code quality and modernizing legacy implementations.
- Maintain strong security and governance by ensuring compliance with privacy obligations.
- Set the technical direction for Salesforce development and integration.
- Tackle technical debt through an ongoing improvement program.
- Strengthen the deployment process by managing quality checks in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Enable new product features by collaborating with the AI and Data team.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Apex triggers, batch classes, and async processing.
- Experience cleaning up Salesforce codebases for production readiness.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing rules.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
- Confidence with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce development.
