Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and expansions.
- Partner with onboarding and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
- Work with sales teams on technical discovery to recommend best-fit integration blueprints.
- Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the integration ecosystem, collaborating with various teams.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and tooling for integration-heavy use cases.
- Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering ERP or accounting system implementations.
