Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations from solution design through go-live and early spend activation.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, implementation plans, system configurations, and integration blueprints.
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery of customer systems, data flows, workflows, APIs, and third-party connectors.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and troubleshoot complex integration and configuration challenges with customers.
- Coordinate Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk, Engineering, external partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling for integration-heavy use cases.
- Share customer pain points and integration feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
- At least 4 years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
- Proven success delivering cross-functional projects involving C-level executives, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, including leading steering meetings and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations and related GL, cost centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
- Preferred experience working with integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API-based integrations and web, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.
- Preferred project management or agile delivery training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Preferred experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
