Responsibilities
- Serve as the client-facing representative for ADS and guide clients through the Alpha adoption journey.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Alpha Data Platform and ADS solutions, including due diligence, requirements, solution design, development tracking, testing review, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Define requirements, design solutions, oversee execution, and manage scope changes and change controls.
- Drive client adoption, business-process transformation, and enhanced client experience across ADS capabilities.
- Collaborate with implementation executives, vendors, internal application and service owners, product teams, engineering, operations, and clients.
- Support defect resolution by helping identify root causes of data issues and ensuring fixes are completed.
- Establish standard operating procedures, including client-specific bespoke processes, and ensure adoption.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in asset-management data and front-, middle-, and back-office data and services.
- Business analysis and project management experience.
- Extensive financial-services data-domain experience, including security master, entity master, benchmarks, positions, transactions, cash, performance, and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, service catalogs, data lineage tools, operational dashboards, and process-monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of internal and external integrations, issue triage, and solutions for data problems and anomalies.
- Excellent communication, motivation, influencing, and matrixed-organization leadership skills.
- University degree in computer science, data management, or another financial-services technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in data management, product data, or market data roles and responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is preferred.
