Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable backend services primarily using Golang.
Design RESTful APIs, service boundaries, and robust API contracts for internal and external integrations.
Develop distributed systems capable of processing large-scale datasets across multiple tenants.
Write production-grade code and optimize performance, latency, reliability, and resource usage.
Test, monitor, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
Deploy and manage services using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes on EKS.
Maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.
Collaborate with frontend, ML, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into backend systems.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

At least 5 years of professional backend development experience.
Strong experience with Golang and scalable backend systems and APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, relational databases, and SQL.
Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, large-scale data processing, complex B2B SaaS platforms, or AI/data-intensive platforms is highly valued.
Experience with Python, TypeScript/NestJS, event-driven architectures, AI/ML service integrations, or AEC, construction, or infrastructure domains is a plus.
