Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand workflows and requirements.
- Design and build prototypes to solve real-world problems.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work across APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Collaborate with engineering to turn solutions into production systems.
Requirements
- Strong technical background and ability to code when needed.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Heavy user of AI tools to move fast (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines.
