Base Salary
$94k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-enablement applications using low-code and no-code platforms.
- Develop intuitive interfaces that expose generative AI, agentic AI, and NLP capabilities to business and operational teams.
- Translate model outputs into business workflows and integrate solutions with existing platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to transition solutions from Databricks and analytical environments into production.
- Develop Python and SQL logic for automation, orchestration, and system integration where low-code tools are insufficient.
- Conduct application performance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, compliance, and performance standards.
- Support rapid prototyping, iterative feedback, production deployment, and incident management.
- Work across IT, platform architecture, and analytics teams to support smooth production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required, with equivalent relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
- Five years of application development experience using object-oriented programming concepts or platform-based development is required.
- Two years of experience deploying applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is required for AI integration, backend logic, and automation.
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms such as Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps, and Copilot Studio is required or expected.
- Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django is expected for custom UI enhancements.
- Knowledge of generative AI, LLM-based systems, agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and natural language processing is required.
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and application troubleshooting is expected.
- Healthcare industry experience, experience leading development efforts, and experience with multi-tier or service-based architectures are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, self-direction, adaptability, and attention to detail are required.
