Base Salary

$130k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Contribute to MetaMask’s social expansion and multi-chain user experiences.
Unify and enhance social experiences across MetaMask Portfolio, Browser Extension, and Mobile platforms.
Coordinate and communicate with other experience teams to complete complex projects.
Mentor junior team members and elevate engineering practices across the organization.

Have 6+ years of experience working with web and mobile-based technologies.
Have hands-on experience with React and React Native.
Have extensive experience with modern JavaScript, including ES6 and TypeScript.
Understand blockchain fundamentals across multiple blockchain architectures.
Have strong knowledge of cross-platform and browser compatibility.
Have experience working in an agile development team.
Have built medium- to large-scale applications across the entire stack using sensible abstractions, testing, linting, and coding and web standards.
Have experience consuming APIs.
Demonstrate an understanding of Continuous Integration.
Understand web-based security threats and prevention techniques.
Bonus qualifications include knowledge of EVM and non-EVM protocols, cross-chain bridges, transaction lifecycles, interoperability solutions, blockchain technologies, decentralized teams, Web3, and Web3 wallet products.
Mobile experience with React Native, Objective-C, or Swift is a bonus.
Demonstrate excellent English communication, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and organization.
