Base Salary
$155k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and other partners to shape product solutions.
- Build key product features and workflows across web and mobile applications.
- Use data insights to identify product improvements, address performance issues, and discover opportunities.
- Improve engineering processes and contribute to team culture.
- Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies that improve scalability and development speed.
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.
- Use agentic development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a product domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, training, and relevant professional experience.
- Full-stack proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services.
- Strong customer focus, curiosity, adaptability, empathy, and collaborative leadership.
- Eligible work permit in the United States.
