Responsibilities
- Design and evolve highly resilient distributed integration architectures supporting APIs, webhooks, streaming pipelines, and enterprise-scale throughput.
- Develop AI-native security orchestration using LLM-powered reasoning and agentic workflows.
- Build scalable libraries and unified data models for interoperability across the global security ecosystem.
- Partner with Product and R&D leadership to prototype and ship high-impact security features.
- Mentor senior engineers and set technical standards for code quality, system performance, and innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience designing production-grade distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, including memory management, concurrency models, and performance optimization.
- Mastery of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and L3-L7 protocols, plus security infrastructure.
- Expertise building highly available, fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable architectures using Kafka, message queues, and microservices.
- Experience with or strong interest in LLM-powered application development, RAG, agentic workflows, and loop engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs and focus system design on customer and business value.
- Preferably an MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
