Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, responsive full-stack software using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
- Build frontend experiences with JavaScript/TypeScript and backend services and APIs with Node.js.
- Create technical documentation, reusable patterns, and examples for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering and operational standards.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor for development, research, documentation, and bug triage while maintaining quality and security.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to and triage issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework such as React.
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge, including responsive UI, state management, accessibility, performance, and security basics.
- Backend coding experience with Node.js and experience designing and implementing APIs and services.
- Solid understanding of system design and data modeling.
- Ability to design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience deploying and operating microservices in a cloud environment is a bonus.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Azure is a bonus.
