[WAP] Senior Full-Stack Developer (React, .NET)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production C#/.NET services and REST APIs for high-volume payment and risk data.
- Own typed OpenAPI contracts, API versioning, and backward-compatible changes with the frontend.
- Implement efficient data access against operational databases and Microsoft Fabric Gold-layer risk tables.
- Build authentication, authorization, audit logging, and PCI-safe handling of tokenized card data.
- Contribute to React and TypeScript frontend features, code reviews, and pairing.
- Use agentic coding tools and maintain quality through unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Maintain Dockerfiles and Docker Compose configurations, support AKS deployments, and contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Implement the target architecture, raise technical risks early, and hand off maintainable work to the internal team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including 5+ years of production-grade C#/.NET development.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and EF Core or Dapper.
- Strong REST API design skills, including OpenAPI contracts, versioning, and non-breaking API evolution.
- Experience with relational databases, schema design, query tuning, transactional correctness, idempotency, and failure handling.
- Working proficiency in React and TypeScript with the ability to build features end to end and review frontend code.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Workspace, or Codex, plus a record of shipping production-quality AI-accelerated code.
- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and preferably AKS.
- Experience with xUnit or NUnit, integration testing using real dependencies such as Testcontainers, and contract testing.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools, and autonomy in an existing codebase.
- Payments, card processing, risk/fraud, merchant services, PCI-scoped systems, Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, or analytical data-store API experience is advantageous.
- Additional useful experience includes Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Kafka, OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, OAuth2/OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, managed identity, Python, LangGraph, LLM-integrated or agentic applications, and consulting.
