Responsibilities
- Work on client project teams developing solutions for real business problems.
- Build software using AI-assisted development and coordinate AI agents on well-scoped tasks.
- Contribute to backend or full-stack development, REST APIs, and system integrations with mentoring from experienced software engineers.
- Validate AI-generated output using evaluations, and refine, reject, or improve agent results to ensure quality.
Requirements
- Be a student or early-career engineer with curiosity, initiative, and willingness to solve business problems with team support.
- Have basic programming skills in Python or another language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Have familiarity with REST APIs and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Understand basic LLM operation, failure modes, and validation of AI-generated output.
- Have spoken and written English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of databases, cloud services, GitHub, or modern development environments; interest in RAG, embeddings, or prompt engineering; and practical project experience through side projects, hackathons, open source, or university work.
