Responsibilities
- Build a React Native application from scratch through end-to-end delivery.
- Architect the app’s patterns, structure, library choices, and scalable high-performance mobile solutions.
- Collaborate with React Native developers and cross-disciplinary teams to build large-scale products.
- Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering and coding best practices.
- Mentor engineering team members and encourage continuous learning and improvement.
- Plan and lead major projects from start to finish.
- Estimate and track tasks and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of React Native experience.
- Strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience designing scalable architectures for high-performance mobile delivery.
- Ability to engineer simple and elegant solutions to challenging problems.
- Experience leading major projects and taking ownership of work.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
