Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and technical solutions.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate with related systems.
- Analyze business requirements and coordinate implementation needs across upstream and downstream systems.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools to improve software development lifecycle outcomes.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI agents that autonomously monitor and enforce code quality and security standards.
- Learn and apply new AI tools, frameworks, and practices within the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code with Java or modern languages such as Python and React, along with database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating, validating, and refining their outputs.
- Experience developing and deploying AI agents or tools that autonomously monitor and enforce code quality and security.
- Ability to learn and apply new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Experience with Java development and the Spring framework is preferred.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
