Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategic business and technical objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers executing data and knowledge management strategies.
- Lead technical evaluations and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Drive customer adoption by identifying creative applications for the EI solution.
- Collaborate closely with engineering for seamless post-sale support.
- Operate cross-functionally to deepen engagement and expand product use.
- Serve as an Enterprise Intelligence subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving customer adoption.
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience with complex, technical products.
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience for a SaaS solution.
- Exceptional presentation skills for conveying technical concepts.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes across client departments.
- Technical acumen with experience in REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Technical proficiency in backend or web development languages.
- Collaborative and influential, skilled in building credibility.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based application architecture.
- Background in financial markets or FinTech is a plus.
