Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write onboarding and education playbooks for Sierra’s Agent SDK and Agent Studio.
- Lead developer training and enablement programs.
- Create technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding paths, and SDK sample repositories.
- Develop and deploy AI agents as an Agent Software Engineer.
- Present educational content to customers live and on video.
- Create developer case studies and success stories with marketing teams.
- Build an in-person, global community around AI agent development.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on software development of highly technical products or experience in developer relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to conduct hands-on training.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern software development, developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs.
- Experience designing and executing technical training, certification, or community initiatives.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph or interacting with MCP servers.
- Preferred proficiency with TypeScript and familiarity with Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
- Preferred experience collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
