Responsibilities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using generative AI, workflow orchestration, and conventional software development.
- Develop and maintain internal user-facing applications with React and FastAPI.
- Configure and maintain integrations with operational platforms such as ServiceNow using n8n, Windmill, and Python scripts.
- Build and maintain workflows that move operational data into Snowflake.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, and other LLM APIs.
- Write Python and JavaScript scripts to automate tasks, integrate APIs, and extend workflow capabilities.
- Test solutions, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and support adoption.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices.
- Handle sensitive information in accordance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Assist IT with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using Python and/or JavaScript in a production or project context.
- Experience with REST API integration and familiarity with authentication patterns such as API keys, OAuth, and tokens.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Windmill, or UI Bakery.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest or Vitest.
- Exposure to Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, JSON, webhooks, event-driven patterns, containerization, cloud deployment, and data security.
- Ability to interpret API documentation, error messages, and logs to diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with Git and incremental code review and documentation practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and persistence.
