Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in end-to-end project delivery, including requirements analysis, software development, project management, customer delivery, and maintenance.
- Conduct technical meetings and discussions with clients with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical architecture guidance for scalable applications to the technical team.
- Develop and maintain software using Java/J2EE technologies and microservices architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical team development.
- Apply knowledge of Telegram APIs, multithreading, servlet programming, and server-client communication.
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and support application deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or above, Spring Framework, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, WebSocket, and Redis.
- Experience designing and developing applications using microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms, multithreaded programming, servlet programming, and server-client communication modules.
- Proficiency with application servers such as Tomcat or JBoss.
- Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of scalable application design principles, open source concepts, and Telegram APIs.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodology and CI/CD tools is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing technical discussion skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal resources and supervision.
