Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability systems.
- Build infrastructure automation for managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to solve complex engineering problems.
- Improve system reliability through architectural changes.
- Lead incident management and responses to critical outages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years focused on infrastructure problems.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to debug complex distributed systems issues.
- Track record of improving system reliability through architectural changes.
- Strong incident management and communication skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
