Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery by mapping customer systems and producing project plans.
- Embed with customers to build and ship working solutions, iterating based on feedback.
- Integrate customer systems with Loop's platform, handling APIs, EDI feeds, and payment systems.
- Own customer relationships and manage deployment timelines, including meetings and status updates.
- Debrief every deployment to extract patterns and inform product direction.
- Contribute to building the Forward Deployed Engineering function by refining processes and criteria.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on integration experience with enterprise customer systems like ERPs and TMS platforms.
- Ability to write high-quality code while navigating legacy systems.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies with end-to-end project shipping.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, customer-facing environments with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco office and travel to customer sites.
