Base Salary
$149k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical consulting and guidance to customers using Gong products.
- Master and maintain expertise of Gong’s product lines and integration ecosystem.
- Lead and participate in multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Execute technical consultation, discovery, and design workshops with customers.
- Plan and guide data migrations from competitive solutions to the Gong platform.
- Conduct virtual technical overviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Produce detailed technical design and guidance documentation.
- Respond to high-profile customer escalations confidently.
- Liaise weekly with Engagement Managers on project status and deliverables.
- Work closely with customer technical and security teams for integration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in system, technical, or solution architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with RESTful and JSON API implementation.
- Familiarity with server-side and client-side programming concepts.
- Strong CRM experience and architecture knowledge, preferably Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
- Experience with SaaS applications supporting large-scale business processes.
- Experience advising on data migrations, mergers, and splits preferred.
- Ability to work with various customer Ops and Technical teams.
- SSO configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and willingness to travel.
