Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and enhance applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within application environments.
- Support integrations and data flow management between systems.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize cloud-based applications.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
