Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and serve as the primary architect for the core product suite.
- Model complex systems, reduce technical debt, and drive high-level integration strategy decisions.
- Contribute high-quality code to complex SaaS products for approximately 50% of the role.
- Lead long-term technical solutions and resolve systemic architectural challenges.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore and nearshore teams and lead code reviews and design sessions.
- Bridge product management, quality engineering, and DevOps by translating requirements into technical designs.
- Drive corrective actions for performance and reliability issues and ensure resilient services.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, high-availability web applications and services.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering capacity.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent deep technical work experience.
- Strong practical understanding of software design, architecture principles, patterns, and integration strategy.
- Expert experience with AWS, including cloud architecture, serverless programming, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Extensive full-stack experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship, lead design sessions, and conduct high-quality code reviews.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with technical, product, and leadership audiences.
