Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom full-stack software solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build front-end and back-end components and integrate them into seamless, scalable applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, and accelerated delivery.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, high-performing software without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS Glue and Hive.
