Base Salary
$133k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume Guided API customer implementations from technical kickoff through successful go-live.
- Deliver Workday and other partner integrations using established implementation frameworks and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization support to existing customers and Customer Success Managers.
- Run data queries and analyze payloads to validate configurations, troubleshoot integration issues, and confirm solution integrity.
- Identify, document, and escalate complex, non-standard, or high-risk architectural challenges.
- Improve implementation runbooks, developer documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical delivery.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and hosted versus embedded or self-hosted integration architectures.
- Hands-on experience supporting or delivering HRIS, HCM, or ATS integrations such as Workday.
- Ability to write and run basic-to-moderate data queries to troubleshoot issues and validate technical workflows.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage many concurrent implementations while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Demonstrated ownership, urgency, resilience, and ability to operate through ambiguity.
