Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate enterprise customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s technical capabilities.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
- Provide guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry Collector design.
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and Proof-of-Concept templates.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and Proofs of Concept that demonstrate business value.
- Ability to explain complex observability concepts clearly to engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Contributions to technical content such as blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation are preferred.
- Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community is preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment is preferred.
