Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Own software components from design through deployment, maintenance, and ongoing improvement.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, reliable software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding, design, testing, quality, and maintainability standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical roadmaps, and project decisions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Mentor and guide engineers while supporting individual and team technical growth.
- Participate in team ceremonies, sprint delivery, and continuous process improvement.
- Assist with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practice improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing and delivering complex software systems, preferably in an agile environment.
- Experience leading the technical aspects of projects.
- Strong expertise in software design and architectural patterns.
- Proficiency in multiple relevant programming languages and technologies, frameworks, and software testing automation.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and reliable software solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of database design, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.
