Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, systems analysis, and application development.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of full-stack web applications.
- Develop user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL solutions for Oracle and relational databases.
- Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs.
- Monitor and control application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and support.
- Use CI/CD tools and participate in application deployment and maintenance across environments.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Establish operating standards and processes and support post-implementation analysis.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess business risks and help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end components.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Devin, Copilot, or Claude.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, Node.js, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift, and Lightspeed.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
