Responsibilities
- Develop IoT software architectures, specifications, reference architectures, engineering standards, and technical strategy documentation.
- Design customer-focused technical solutions and support complex enterprise software opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Develop value propositions, ROI-based proposals, and technical solutions connected to customer business outcomes.
- Support Enterprise Software Sales through technical expertise, demonstrations, workshops, and solution development.
- Collaborate with R&D, Lines of Business, Offer Management, customers, and software partners to evolve digital solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Support account planning and represent Schneider Electric at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with software solutions and associated business processes in industries relevant to Digital Buildings.
- Strong understanding of the buildings software market, particularly IWMS/CMMS, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software applications and the local market landscape.
- Practical experience working within cloud environments and developing customer-focused technical solutions.
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting ROI-based proposals, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical workshops, present at conferences, and work across customer, partner, sales, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel interstate to customer locations approximately 5% of the time.
