Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users to understand needs and develop a shared product vision.
- Lead technical analysis and design phases for microservices architectures.
- Implement development tasks while applying clean-code principles.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and architecture.
- Define testing strategies and collaborate with QA and the product owner on behavior-driven specifications.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to end users.
- Act as a technical reference and support more junior developers.
- Contribute to and lead weekly technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support continuous improvement of the team’s craftsmanship and clean-code practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience in Microsoft backend environments.
- Experience working in an Agile context.
- Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
- Interest in technical challenges and continued technical and professional development.
