Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade software, Data Platforms, Agentic Platforms, and complex client architectures.
- Deliver GenAI and multi-agent solutions, including chatbot systems integrated into customer-facing websites.
- Modernize analytical data architectures and support data quality during migrations to platforms such as Snowflake.
- Adapt to different client industries, technology stacks, and strategic technical challenges across assignments.
- Guide team members through constructive feedback, mentoring, and formative code reviews.
- Maintain high standards for code quality and technical deliverables and communicate technical decisions persuasively.
Requirements
- Demonstrated specialization in at least one of Analytics Engineering, Software Development, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or AI Engineering.
- Experience or strong capability with relevant technologies such as Python, FastAPI, dbt, LangGraph, Docker, Terraform, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Ingenuity in solving complex technical problems and curiosity about evolving technology.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support colleagues' development and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong technical convictions and the ability to explain and defend them pedagogically.
