Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the data foundation for the Deal Desk organization.
- Ship deal desk productivity workflows quickly by identifying and addressing low-hanging fruit.
- Develop custom AI-powered solutions when standard tools are insufficient.
- Think in systems to anticipate upstream and downstream implications of workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
- Document all built solutions for clarity and trust.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role.
- Direct experience with Salesforce and familiarity with its data model.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants and active experience in building with these tools.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for system integration.
- Strong judgment in deciding when to use low-code solutions versus custom builds.
- Ability to break problems into composable parts and build maintainable solutions.
- High agency and a bias for action in ambiguous situations.
