Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and debug AI agents and integrations within live enterprise tenant environments.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into product configurations, proofs of concept, and integration specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex customer workflows, live data issues, and deployment configurations through hands-on software development and debugging.
- Capture field telemetry, edge-case failures, and customer friction to influence product roadmaps and engineering backlogs.
- Convert recurring deployment challenges and custom fixes into standardized, automated product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Services leads, AI Deployment Architects, Product Managers, Engineering, and Account Teams to deliver customer engagements.
- Guide deployments from kickoff through graduation and enable customers to operate independently within standard six-month deployment cycles.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Software Development.
- Hands-on coding and debugging skills using Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented design, system architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients on complex software deployments, live data troubleshooting, and custom workflow integration.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites.
- Ability to derive generalizable product requirements from bespoke customer issues and communicate technical challenges to non-technical leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, Services, account, and delivery teams.
- Preferred: applied experience with LLM-powered or agentic AI systems, including prompt/context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluations, or agent orchestration frameworks.
