Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and customer experiences that take actions in production enterprise environments.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs that can move rapidly from concept to deployment.
- Co-build solutions with customers and partners while sharing best practices and enablement.
- Identify platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights for senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system experience that the candidate can discuss in depth.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience, such as consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Interest in experimenting with evolving AI tools, models, frameworks, and data technologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time and work directly alongside customers.
- Greek native speaker and full English proficiency.
