Forward Deployed Engineer - Turkish
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop AI agents and experiences that take actions for enterprise customers.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations using Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
- Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture selection through production deployment, validation, and observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent-performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Build proofs of concept and MVPs that can progress rapidly from design to deployment.
- Co-build solutions with customers and partners while sharing technical best practices and enablement.
- Identify platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights for senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
- Travel approximately 25% and work directly alongside customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system that the candidate can demonstrate, ideally involving AI technology, full-stack development, or frontier models.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering is required.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Curiosity about emerging AI, data tools, models, and frameworks.
- Greek native-speaker proficiency and full English proficiency.
