Software Engineer DET| SSR
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Explore, design, build, and configure product features using the Salesforce platform and Salesforce products.
- Develop and configure Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, and prompt templates.
- Design and implement web services and deliver stable, high-quality software.
- Review code submissions and provide design and implementation feedback.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts and test strategies for builds, agentic behavior, and LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with the team, meet committed milestones, and contribute in a fast-paced innovation environment.
- Use prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows to produce reliable, secure, production-ready outputs.
- Continually support Scrum and Agile software development processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's equivalent degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, Apex, Salesforce cloud technologies, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Experience designing and implementing web services.
- Experience with prompt engineering and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with Git and source control.
- Advanced prompt-engineering ability, including writing precise structured prompts and developing reliable system context.
- Preferred experience with reusable and scalable solutions, design patterns, Agile development, test-driven development, automation testing frameworks, Selenium, and Salesforce certifications.
- Preferred familiarity with Data 360/Data Cloud concepts, AI-assisted coding tools, deterministic AI systems, Agent responses, RAG, KNN, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
