Base Salary
$145k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and validation of platform components across complex client environments.
- Act as the technical escalation point for delivery challenges and critical customer engagements.
- Mentor and guide Senior Implementation Engineers to enhance delivery quality and best practices.
- Drive installations, configuration, and performance validation for enterprise deployments.
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization during key delivery milestones and customer technical discussions.
- Own time-boxed discovery and design work when the Lead Architect is unavailable.
- Partner with the Lead Architect on architecture reviews and peer design sessions.
- Define and evolve technical delivery standards, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, integration engineering, or technical delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and one additional programming language (e.g., Java, C#).
- Deep experience with APIs, integrations, and data movement (REST, ETL, transformation pipelines).
- Advanced experience with cloud-native and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven multi-cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong Linux administration, scripting, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically without people management responsibility.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple concurrent initiatives.
