Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for core products and internal tools.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to create AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance through experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices for responsible AI, including privacy and model governance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience building and deploying models in production environments, preferably in cloud platforms like AWS.
- Familiarity with modern AI approaches, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and feature engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for building high-impact, user-centric AI products.
