Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Automate manual GTM processes end-to-end using AI agents and no-code tools.
- Build event-driven automation across the GTM stack with tools like Airtable and Zapier.
- Leverage LLMs to create intelligent automations for various workflows.
- Maintain clean and reliable data flows between core GTM systems.
- Gather feedback and iterate on systems built as products.
- Document and maintain systems for team collaboration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering or related technical domains.
- Strong bias toward action and experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its data model.
- Experience connecting systems via APIs and using data integration tools.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
