Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities across the business.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Partner with teams to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
- Champion AI adoption through enablement sessions and internal tooling.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for AI solutions.
- Operate the internal stack like a product, running experiments and improving productivity.
- Measure the impact of solutions and iterate continuously.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs in production environments.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- A business-minded approach focusing on ROI and impact.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping.
