Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and GenAI applications that solve business problems.
- Work with large-scale data from preprocessing through insights and feature development.
- Build robust batch, real-time, and streaming data pipelines and APIs.
- Implement GenAI solutions using prompting, agents, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
- Deploy models into production and monitor their real-world performance.
- Collaborate across delivery squads to embed AI into products and services.
- Troubleshoot model, data, and deployment issues end to end.
- Document solutions to support reproducibility, learning, and scale.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Hands-on production AI/ML experience, including working knowledge of MLOps and AI tooling.
- Strong Python skills and deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Demonstrable GenAI/LLM build experience with prompting, agents, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, or DSPy.
- Cloud platform expertise and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Git, CI/CD, and clean code.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop, plus experimentation and A/B testing.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
