Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 and custom Copilot use cases.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Operate and monitor AI workloads for reliability, performance, and responsible usage.
- Manage the AI solution lifecycle, including deployment, updates, and optimization in managed services environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI services and copilots to detect issues and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver AI use cases that create business value.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, data protection, and access management controls to AI workloads.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Support monitoring, incident management, automation, and continuous improvement for AI services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, AI engineering, or application support roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Working knowledge of Azure compute, identity, storage, and monitoring services.
- Experience building or supporting AI/ML or automation solutions using Python, APIs, or low-code platforms.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with monitoring, incident management, and operational support practices.
- Experience delivering or supporting AI solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Purview, or data platform technologies is preferred.
- Experience supporting Copilot rollout, adoption, or enablement initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, and relevant Microsoft 365, Copilot, cloud, or AI certifications are desirable.
