Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Support incidents, service requests, and problem tickets on support projects using ITSM processes.
- Work directly with client technical and business experts and manage client relationships.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and independently develop subject-matter expertise.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience is required.
- At least five years of experience in Anaplan Finance is required.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is required.
- Experience with support projects and ITSM incident, service request, and problem-ticket resolution is required.
- Experience working directly with client technical and business experts and managing client relationships is required.
- Strong software design and development, debugging, testing, optimization, problem-solving, communication, and coding skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
