Base Salary

$93k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and operate Merino platform capabilities supporting OCI-scale CI/CD, change management, and deployment orchestration.
  • Build scalable distributed services that improve workflow automation, deployment safety, observability, and developer experience.
  • Implement software across the lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop integrations across build systems, release management, approvals, rollback, and deployment workflows.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and technical planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities for OCI software delivery.
  • Apply AI-assisted engineering and automation responsibly while maintaining production-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building distributed systems, cloud services, developer platforms, or CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating production cloud services on OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, containers, orchestration, or deployment pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Preferred: experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar coding assistants, including reviewing and maintaining AI-generated production code.
  • Preferred: experience using AI for code generation, testing, refactoring, documentation, or migration.
  • Preferred: experience building reliable and scalable internal developer platforms focused on developer productivity.
  • Preferred: experience with release orchestration, progressive delivery, rollback strategies, and large-scale production deployments.

  • The listed U.S. hiring range is $92,500 to $209,500 per year, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.
